CQC has introduced new registration variation forms for providers using the CQC Provider Portal.
The new forms have been developed to take account of the changes to regulations from April, including the introduction of the fundamental standards. They also reflect our new approach to regulation, which looks at whether care services are safe, effective, caring, responsive to people's needs, and well-led.
Users of the CQC Provider Portal will be able to access the new forms from 8am on Monday 20 April. The old forms have now been removed. This means that any forms saved as a 'draft', 'awaiting sign-off' or 'completed not submitted' that were in the system before Friday 17th April at 5pm have now been deleted.
