New CQC provider portal
We are sorry that some providers are having a difficult experience trying to sign up and use the portal. We are working quickly to resolve issues.
Meanwhile, you can submit notifications by email.
Contact providerportalqueries@cqc.org.uk if you have difficulty creating your account or signing in to the new portal.
We may not be able to respond to everyone individually. But we have recorded all the issues you have shared and will communicate with all providers when they are fixed.
You must create a new account to use this portal
Create your account on the new CQC provider portal
To create your account you must have a unique email address that only you use. This should be, for example, ‘firstname.lastname@provider.co.uk’ rather than ‘manager@’, ‘info@’, ‘contact@’.
We will send you a verification code as part of the process.
Nominated individuals and registered managers can create an account. Providers will be able to give access to other roles in their service soon.
Once you have created your account:
If you used our old portal
