We are developing our new CQC portal and you can sign up now.

New CQC provider portal

You must create a new account to use this portal

Create your account on the new CQC provider portal

To create your account you must have a unique email address that only you use. This should be, for example, ‘firstname.lastname@provider.co.uk’ rather than ‘manager@’, ‘info@’, ‘contact@’.

We will send you a verification code as part of the process.

Once you have created your account:

Sign in to use the new portal

If you used our old portal

Your existing account will not transfer to the new portal automatically. You must register on the new portal.

Our old portal is now permanently closed. You are no longer able to access any data held on it.

What you can do on the new portal

Notifications

  • Allegations of abuse (safeguarding)  (SN18)
  • Death of a detained mental health patient  (SN17)
  • Death of a person using the service  (SN16)
  • Events that stop a service running safely and properly  (SN 18)
  • Outcome of an application to deprive a person of their liberty (DoLS) (SN 18)
  • Police involvement in an incident  (SN 18)
  • Serious injury to a person using the service (SN 18).
