We are developing a new CQC portal.

New CQC provider portal
On 12 March we made our new provider portal available to all providers and asked you to sign up.
This was one day later than we expected and some providers had a difficult experience trying to sign up. We apologise for that and any inconvenience this caused. We are working quickly to resolve these issues and will be in touch very soon to let you know when they're fixed.
We know how important it is for registered managers and nominated individuals to be able to delegate access to others in your organisation. This functionality will soon be available.
If you haven't been able to sign up to the new portal, you can continue to submit notifications to us via email.
If you have contacted us already, we will respond to your query soon.
You must create a new account to use this portal
Create your account on the new CQC provider portal
To create your account you must have a unique email address that only you use. This should be, for example, ‘firstname.lastname@provider.co.uk’ rather than ‘manager@’, ‘info@’ ‘contact@’.
We will send you a verification code as part of the process.
Nominated individuals and registered managers can create an account. Providers will be able to give access to other roles in their service soon.
Once you have created your account:
Sign in to use the new portal.
Contact providerportalqueries@cqc.org.uk if you have difficulty creating your account or signing in to the new portal.
If you used our old portal
Your existing account will not transfer to the new portal automatically. You must register on the new portal.
